Swerve is an athletic, team-based indoor cycling class. The team dynamic keeps you motivated, supported, and accountable, without ever singling you out. Class is a 45-minute rhythm ride and the bikes are arranged into three teams

Beast Fitness is a 3-phase high intensity interval training workout that begins with a long mobility-focused warm-up and ends with a calming cool down to slow the heart rate and stretch the muscles.

SLT is a 50-minute megaformer pilates workout that focuses on activating slow-twitch muscle fibers through slow and controlled movements that lead to muscle strength and endurance.
