1:1 nutrition coaching is for you if…

  • Want to fuel your body in a holistic way that supports a healthy bodily functions - immune system, metabolic function, hormonal health, gut health, reproductive health, etc.

  • Want to lose weight, build muscle, or maintain your progress

What’s Included:

  • Initial consultation: I will have you fill out an initial assessment form and then we will go over it together in a 30-40 minute call.

  • Custom nutrition plan (I use either the macro tracking method or hand portion control method!) and adjustments as needed.

  • Information packet: This is a great resource that explains how my nutrition coaching works, what you can expect, and a lot of other useful information.

  • Daily nutrition tracking spreadsheet: This is what will hold you most accountable! You will enter data from each day including your nutrition and other important data like your sleep, mood, exercise, etc. I am shared on this spreadsheet so it will help me see where you’re thriving and where you may need more support.

  • Weekly online check-ins: you will fill out a form every week to reflect on the previous week and think about the upcoming week.

  • 15-30 minute monthly check-in call

  • Direct access to me via text/email

  • Grocery shopping lists and lists of preferred foods to choose from

  • *This is NOT a meal plan. When you work with me, I will provide you with all the tools you need to make educated decisions on your own when it comes to your nutrition and health!

Nutrition coaching starts at $175/month

Custom Fitness & Nutrition Coaching Combined:

  • If you want to see the absolute best results, I recommend thinking about working with me with both your nutrition AND fitness. We will work together to build you a well-rounded fitness program to build strength and endurance, and lose fat to go along with your nutrition plan!
