Rachel offers personal training in NYC either at a your home, outdoors, or a fully equipped facility. Rachel also offers custom online programming as well as training through Zoom if you’re not in the NYC area. She creates custom programming catered to each individual client. Their goals are top priority and Rachel will always deliver a workout comprised of mobility, power and core training, strength circuits, and conditioning.
Custom Remote Coaching:
Custom remote coaching is an incredible option to get the benefits of private training at a fraction of the cost. When we work together through custom remote coaching, it’s like you have a trainer in your pocket at all times! We work together to make your fitness plan match your goals, your needs, and your lifestyle.

Information packet: This is a great resource that explains how my fitness coaching works, what you can expect, and a lot of other useful information.
High accountability & engagement through the app: this is what will hold you most accountable! You will enter data from each workout and I will go over it to see how you’re progressing and where you may need more support. You can also direct message me through the app.
Detailed video demo’s and exercise descriptions
Weekly online check-ins: you will fill out a form every week to reflect on the previous week and think about the upcoming week.
